I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration in the hotel's general areas. The elegant furniture and tasteful artwork created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It felt like a luxurious retreat for senior people like myself. Additionally, I appreciated how easily accessible the hotel was for us seniors. The hallways and elevator were spacious, making it convenient for me to navigate with my walking cane.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and understanding towards our needs. Sometimes, they seemed a bit too busy or distracted to cater to our requests promptly.

The hotel is very close to Cacao beach and there is enough free zone. It is a calm hotel without loud noises or loud music. The rooms are cozy and the housekeeping is perfect. The staff is helpful and nice.

One could dine at restaurants such as Vittori 20 minutes away. We liked karolina. We would definitely recommend it to those visiting Sunny Beach. It is next to the airport.

I had a great stay in this hotel, with very clean rooms and excellent facilities. The hotel is ideally situated near the beach and transportation, making it very convenient. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and approachable from the moment I arrived.

Small parking lot and the restaurant doesn't fit if too many guest are at once for breakfast or dinner. If I reserve and pay for parking, I expect to have my parking spot reserved for all period.

Good location, new building, the pool is actually nice, the atmosphere was well. Good located - near to the beach, but not in the central of the Sunny Beach

The staffs weren't always happy, when you needed information, espasially the youngers. In the buildingwing were wqe were, there was only one lift ( fior 4 persons), you had to wait always lot.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel near the beach. The spacious and clean rooms were beautifully furnished, and my balcony was perfect for relaxing. The hotel had two pools, one for adults and one for children, and I enjoyed using the gym and sauna. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and I found it to be reasonably priced. The overall location of the hotel was excellent, and I would highly recommend staying here.

The value for money at Karolina Hotel was great - we got a beautiful room with an amazing view of the sea. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and public transport. The staff at the hotel, especially the restaurant manager, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

The fitness room could be better, there was some mashines that didn´t work we had some old folders in the room, so the prices for welness/massage was all wrong. They need to have a room check once in a while the breakfast time was 8-10 and I guess we were not the only once who thinks it should be longer, because we were on vacation and would like to relax and get a good night sleep and not rush to the restaurant in the morning

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to explore nearby Nesebar. It's also just a short walk away from the beach, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options available.

The service at the bar was lacking. The staff were not very friendly or attentive, and the drinks were sometimes served in plastic cups instead of glasses.
